Hosting & technical delivery
The website is served via the cloud infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare acts as hosting and content delivery partner and receives technical usage data (e.g. IP address, time of access, browser information). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and ensures secure and swift delivery of our content.
Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR apply with Cloudflare. Additional processing in the USA cannot be ruled out; it relies on our legitimate interest in a globally available infrastructure.
Server logs
When pages are accessed, we automatically collect log data your browser transmits: IP address (shortened where possible), date and time of access, requested resource, referrer URL, browser and operating system. We need these data to safeguard system security and delete them after 14 days at the latest, unless legal retention requires otherwise. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts & third-party content
For typography we optionally load Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Fonts are loaded only after your consent via the cookie banner. Your browser transmits the IP address and technical metadata to Google servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), revocable anytime via the “Privacy choice” button at the page edge.
More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not currently use analytics, tracking, or social media plugins.
Email and form communication
When you email us, we process your name, contact details, and message content to handle the enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual/contractual queries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other matters. We retain data only as long as necessary or legally required.
Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to certain processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect. Please direct requests to privacy@gloeggl-gmbh.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
Retention & deletion
We process personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as legal retention requires. Once the purpose ceases, we delete or anonymise the data in line with statutory rules.
